D. Wrapping paper shall be smoothly and tightly wound on non-returnable cores having an inside diameter of 7.6 cm (3 inches).
E. The wrapping paper shall conform to the requirements as found in Table 1 when tested in accordance with paragraph 4.C.(3).

*** Type I paper shall not have less than 1.13 kg (2.5 lbs) of surface wax on each side.
Workmanship. The wet-waxed paper shall be clean, continuously coated with wax, and free from any holes, tears, cuts, creases, chafed spots, scuff marks, blisters, flaking, streaked wax, or objectionable odor. The paper shall be from any other defects which may affect appearance or serviceability.
