4. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: The offeror/contractor is encouraged use recovered materials in accordance with Paragraph 23.403 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
5. PACKAGING, PACKING, AND MARKING: Packaging, packing, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or purchase order.
A. Commercial packaging and packing. Pads shall be preserved, packaged, packed and unitized in accordance with ASTM D 3951.
6. REFERENCED DOCUMENTS: The issue of the referenced documents in effect on the date of the solicitation for offers or request for proposals shall be used to determine conformance with the requirements of this Commercial Item Description.
