TAPPI TESTS (see Table I, for individual TAPPI’S which provide specific sampling instructions).
4. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Paragraph 23.403 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
5. PACKAGING, PACKING, AND MARKING: Packaging, packing, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or purchase order.
6. REFERENCE DOCUMENTS: The issue of the referenced documents in effect on the date of the solicitation for offers or request for proposals shall be used to determine conformance with the requirements of this Commercial Item Description.
