3.6 Identification of material. Each roll or package of flat sheets or molded forms shall include a tag, label or sheet containing the following information: this specification number,

type (or part number for molded forms), manufacturer's name, manufacturer's designation, month and year of manufacture, and lot number. Letters and figures shall be clear, legible and a minimum of ¼-inch high.

3.7 Workmanship. The cushioning shall be manufactured in a manner that will produce the high quality material necessary to meet the requirements of this specification. The finished product shall be uniform and free from defects that could adversely affect its intended use.
